Activate Fun has become an important part of our sessions for dads and male carers, providing the children with activities that they look forward to each month. The Activate staff have been adaptable and resourceful in terms of working with different aged children and in many different situations, always providing enthusiasm and lots of fun! They have contributed to dads reporting that they feel closer to their children and that they are living healthier lifestyles at home since attending the sessions.

Activate Fun sessions in Pre-School have introduced our children to a wide range of sports. Sessions are well planned and executed, through a series of warm ups and games the children learn key skills including balance and co-ordination, throwing, catching, turn taking and many more. Exercise has become an integral part of our routine in a way that can only be described as fun.

My 2 Pre School age boys have thoroughly enjoyed attending many Activate Fun sessions over the last 2 years. The sessions are run by Danny Williams who excels at making each session fun and entertaining for each child whilst maintaining a structure that ensures a wide variety of challenging sport skill sets are learnt every week, appropriate to the developmental age of each child. My boys have grown in confidence following these sessions and will really miss their activity time with Danny going forward!

The staff within the setting involve themselves and at times enjoy the sessions as much as the children.

Activate fun is also a chance for children to learn social skills outside of nursery and home. It also gave parents a chance to relax.
