Multi Sports

Our award winning multi-sports programme has evolved greatly since 2009. Our programme was originally based on 9 sports that rotated on a weekly basis. Over time we have increased our sports provision to 13 and our fun physical activities to compliment the sports nearly doubled to keep each session exciting and engaging. In addition to that we created what is proudly seen as the Activate Fun Method of delivery, instead of changing our sports on a weekly basis we run each sport on a two weekly rotation. The reason we do this is because it allows PACK Members to be introduced to the sport and get to grips with it in the first week and then the second week allows the opportunity to show our PACK Leaders what the children have retained from week one and also opens up the opportunity to progress the skills and challenge The PACK further if that level of ability is being shown to any of our sports. We have found that with the aim of keeping the sessions varied and preventing them from becoming stale or less stimulating for our PACK Members that 2 weeks is the perfect length of time to rotate the classes with children of this age to keep them engaged, developing and having fun!


 Over the course of a 6 month period we deliver sessions covering;

  • Cricket
  • Dodgeball
  • Football
  • Golf
  • Hockey
  • Lacrosse
  • Obstacle Course
  • Rounders
  • Rugby
  • Tennis
  • Volleyball

All of our equipment is age appropriate in terms of sizing and safety, so you will not see any size 5 rugby balls, metal hockey sticks or wooden cricket bats in our sessions! The Fun physical activities that are played within our sessions are also equipped appropriately and safety is always considered within our sessions. All of our equipment is risk assessed and whilst we do use beanbags and hoola hoops we also use alot of specialist equipment to ensure that our PACK Members are engaged and having fun!
